
Alisha Lai
Attorney
Alisha Lai is a devoted and strategic attorney who helps clients turn challenging circumstances into opportunities. Alisha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Minor in Japanese at the University of Washington, then set out to gain practical experience in the legal field before completing her Juris Doctor at Seattle University School of Law.
While in law school, she distinguished herself in the Estate and Disability Planning Clinic, where her interpersonal skills, collaborative decision-making, and ability to resolve conflict led to her receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, an honor given to the student achieving the highest score in a course. A strong writer and dedicated researcher, Alisha served as a research assistant during law school and later as a full‑time research fellow at Seattle University. She also held the leadership position of Article Editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice.
She is dedicated to providing compassionate and professional legal services to clients in all family law matters. Her clients appreciate how she listens closely to their concerns, treats their cases with dignity, and fights tenaciously to protect their best interests. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, biking, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.
